Vijayawada: Senior IAS official RP Sisodia formally served on Wednesday as Special Chief Secretary for Handlooms and Textiles under the State Secretariat’s Ministry of Industry and Commerce. Before taking charge, Sisodia conducted Puja, seeking new responsibilities for success.
In this case, Rekha Rani, the specialist in handloom and textiles, introduced him to key departmental affairs, ongoing plans and future strategies. The discussion highlighted key initiatives to strengthen the gesture sector, modernize infrastructure and improve the livelihoods of craftsmen.
