Operation Sindoor: Where, where and how India takes revenge on the death of 26-year-old in the deadly Pahalgam attack

These strikes have led to increased tensions with Pakistan and caused significant disruption, especially in northern India, which has been affected by travel and military activities.
The central government is expected to share more details at a press conference at 10:30 a.m. on Wednesday.
What triggered the sindoor operation?
The operation was direct response to the brutal terrorist attack in Pahalgam, which killed several civilians, including honeymooners.
Among the victims was Navy Captain Vinay Narwal, whose wife’s image spread after the attack, causing grief and anger across the country.
It is believed that the name “Operation Sindor” symbolizes national mourning and determination, especially for the young couple who commemorate the goal.
Officials reiterated India's determination and noted: “We promise that those who are responsible for the attack will be held accountable.”
How did the strike take place?

The sites are reportedly linked to Jaish-e-Mohammed (JEM) and Lashkar-e-Taiba (Let) – two groups are often accused of sponsoring terrorist attacks in India.
According to sources cited by ANI, Indian troops have carefully selected the goal of following senior terrorist leadership. The strike is part of a joint operation between the Indian Army and the Air Force, employing precise strike weapons.
Officials stressed that the mission is focused on, measured and non-improvement, especially avoiding Pakistani military devices. The strikes carried out from Indian airspace reflect restraints against and enforcement.
According to sources cited by the ANI, Indian troops successfully hit part of Operation Sindoor – four located inside Pakistan and five in Pakistan-occupied Kashmir (POK). Pakistan's targets reportedly include Bahawalpur, Muridek and Silkot, known horror infrastructure hubs.
