CPI(M) reiterated that in the party-wide meeting held in the aftermath of the Pahalgam terrorist attack, all parties expanded their support for the measures of the coalition government for terrorists and their handlers. “With these actions, Pakistan should continue to pressure to hand over those responsible for the massacre of innocent people in Pahargam and ensure that no terrorist camps operate from their territory,” the CPI(M) POLIT Bureau said in a statement here.
CPI Secretary General D. Raja said that in view of the serious provocation and loss of innocent lives, India has no choice but to respond firmly to the source of this terrorism. “The targeted nature of the strike – avoiding Pakistani military assets and focusing only on terrorist infrastructure – proves a calibrated and non-estimated approach that prioritizes accountability without invitation to a full-scale conflict,” he said.
