Opposition leaders strike “OP SINDOOR” on POK terrorist camp after deadly Pahalgam attack

Earlier, Defense Minister Rajnath Singh responded to the “Operation Singh” launched by the Indian Armed Forces on Wednesday to strike a strike against nine terrorist camps in Pakistan and nine occupied by Pakistan, days after the deadly terrorist attack in Pahalgam that killed 26 people in a few days.

The artillery fire took place hours after India launched Operation Sindoor, a series of precise strikes against nine terrorist camps in Pakistan and Pojk.

The official statement from the Ministry of Defense said: “The Indian armed forces launched Operation Sindoor, which has combated terrorist infrastructure in Pakistan, and Pakistan occupied Jamu and Kashmir.

A total of nine sites were targeted.

“Our actions have been centrally focused, measured and non-localized in nature. There is no targeting Pakistani military facilities. India has shown considerable limitations in selecting goals and implementing methods,” the statement added.

According to the ministry, the steps are in response to the “barbaric” Pahargam terrorist attack, in which 25 Indians and a Nepali citizen were killed. The government reiterated the commitments of its responsible persons.

The ministry added that a detailed briefing on Operation Sindoor will be held later today.
