OU Academy of Arts will be restored to grandeur

Hyderabad: The iconic Ottomanian University College of Art building recently granted a trademark that will restore its grandeur and allocate Rs 7 crore for this purpose.
Several prominent figures, including former Prime Minister PV Narasimha Rao, Justices Sardar Ali Khan and S. Jaipal Reddy, have risen after they stand out from the building.
Speech Deccan Chronicle“This is a joyful moment for teachers, past and present students associated with this iconic arts building,” said Professor Kumar Molugaram, Vice President of the University of Ottomania.
“Recovery will begin soon. Leaked roofs, several rooms and accessibility features of the physical challenge will be addressed. Elevators will also be installed,” he explained.
The facade of the building was built between 1934 and 1939. It has been an inherent component of the University of Ottomania and the architectural appeal of Hyderabad.
The building is a fusion of Qutub Shahi and Mughal styles and has the influence of Kakatiyan Temple. It was designed by Belgian architect Ernest Jasper.
