Imran Khan in Pakistan crisis, diplomacy fails, judicial over-attack on Pakistan government | World News

Former Pakistani Prime Minister Imran Khan strongly condemned the current Pakistani government, criticizing the growing challenges the country faces, especially in the context of Bal Luzhin and its foreign policy.

Khan pointed out in a statement on March 25 that the situation in Pakistan can only be resolved by “real elected public representatives” rather than force or the implementation of governance, referring to alleged election manipulation and delayed results announcements.

Khan expressed deep concern about the rise of terrorism in Bal Luchistan, saying: “How illegal governments impose on Balochistan may solve any problem? ……….. On-site ammunition launches for peaceful protesters, state violence and illegal arrests, is equally disturbing, an equally disturbing distress.

He added: “Unless a true public representative is brought to the mainstream, they are heard sincerely, and the fate of the region is determined by the will of the people. Pure force will never solve this problem. This will deepen the crisis and further drive the momentum.”

Khan, who is also the founder of Pakistan’s Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI), criticized the current government as a “puppet government” born from “fraudulent elections”, accusing it of failing in all respects, especially in foreign policy.

“We have a 2,200 km border with Afghanistan, and peace negotiations are the only way forward. During our tense relationship with the Afghan government at the time, we negotiated directly with them. We have implemented three years and we have successfully eliminated the scope of terrorism in terrorism,” he said, blasting the government’s lack of diplomatic relations with neighbors.

He also blasted the 26th Constitution Amendment, claiming that it had “deteriorated” Pakistan’s judicial system.

Khan alleged his legal struggle, saying: “The bail trial plan I scheduled in the case of May 9 (2023) was scheduled to be conducted after the delay, but the bench in the Lahore High Court was disbanded to further delay the process. Similarly, in my Toshakhana case, my trial was verified in prison, previously defended in cases, and previously defended in certain circumstances – previously defended. Delays so that my case can be brought before the selection of a judge in the Islamabad High Court after the court has packed my bags.”

He asserted: “This proves that the government’s goal is to put me in jail at all costs under a well-planned plan because my case lacks legal status.”

Khan accused state institutions of fixation when they suppressed PTI, controlled the media, the prisons and the courts of questioning, “Adhiyala prison is also run by the colonel. Must the colonel control the prison?”

He further revealed the ongoing restrictions imposed on him, noting: “This week, my sisters were also denied meetings with me. Despite multiple court orders, I was banned from meeting friends, talking to the kids over the phone or accessing my diary and books.”
He concluded that the rebellion was that he would never succumb to “fascism.”
