Pakistan: Four police officers killed in Bal Luzhi Province | World News

At least four police officers were killed in an attack in the Nushki district of Bal Road, according to Ary News on Saturday.
According to district officials, the shooting occurred in the Galibabad area, where unidentified armed attackers opened fire on police patrol vehicles, resulting in the killing of four security personnel.
The attacker managed to escape from the scene. Security forces rushed to the scene and transferred the body to a local hospital.
Bal Lu Chiehn Chief Minister Mir Sarfraz Bugti strongly condemned the attack and expressed deep sorrow for the loss of his life.
In a statement, the Chief Minister expressed his heartfelt condolences to the families of the deceased and vowed to take strict measures to ensure that those responsible for the attack face justice.
Bugti condemned the attack as a cowardly act and reiterated that this attempt to undermine the peace and development process in Bal Luzhin Province will not be successful. He stressed that the terrorists behind this attack had no shelter in the province.
Meanwhile, four workers in Punjab, Pakistan, were shot dead by unidentified armed attackers in Mango Charch area in Kalat area of Bal Luchistan Province.
The victims were reportedly identified as Zeeshan, Khalid, Dilawar Hussain and Muhammad Amin, all from Sadi Kabad, Punjab. According to Ary News, they were attacked by motorbike armed personnel during the IFTAR period.
Workers died on the spot, and the attackers managed to escape. Police and rescue officers arrived at the scene and transferred the body to a local hospital. The victim is reportedly drilling holes for the local landowner.
Last month, an unidentified gunman unloaded Punjab from a passenger bus in Buckhan District, Dawn reported.
Bal Luchistan witnessed a series of attacks against people in Punjab. In April 2024, nine people were killed after a bus near Noshki was forced to take a bus, while two workers in Punjab were shot at Cage at dawn.
