Pakistani father’s MP official in over 9 children born to Indian mother

Bhopal: In the centre’s “Leave the State” order after the April 22 attack on Pahargam, authorities in Madhya Pradesh are fixing nine children in the state where the Pakistani father and Indian mother were born, an official said.

The official notified Monday that they are also looking for a Pakistani man who applied for a long-term visa (LTV) in Bhopal on April 25 before the coalition government order.

“We have sought advice from the Centre about nine children born to Indian mothers and Pakistani fathers. Four children are with their mothers in Indore, three in Jabalpur and two in Bhopal. We are also seeking advice for men applying for LTV on April 25.

He added that at least 14 people, including these nine children, should leave the country as ordered by the union government.

“Three of them left India and arrived in Pakistan. Because of a certain issue, one was in Delhi, which was investigated by the Foreigners Regional Registration Office,” he said.

According to another official, 228 Pakistani nationals in Madhya Pradesh are involved in different types of visas.

Meanwhile, the centre said on Monday that any Pakistani who fails to leave India under the set deadline will be arrested and prosecuted. They may face up to three years in prison or fines of up to Rs 3 lakh or both.

The “Furl on India” notice for Pakistani nationals was issued by 26 people (mainly tourists) in Pahalgam, Jamu and after being killed by Pakistani-related terrorists on April 22.

The centre revoked 14 categories of visas, including business, conferences, visitors and pilgrims, on April 25, and handed over to Pakistani nationals.

The Ministry of Home Affairs said the order does not apply to long-term visas (LTVs) issued to Pakistani nationals as well as diplomatic and official visas.

According to the order of the Ministry of Home Affairs, people holding SAARC visas must leave India by April 26 and must leave India by April 27 when arriving, business, film, journalist, transit, conference, mountaineering, student, tourists, tourists and pilgrim visas, commercial, film, transit, conference, mountaineering, mountaineering and pilgrim visas.

Those with pilgrim visas must also leave the country by April 27, while those with medical visas must leave by April 29.

The Ministry of Home Affairs said it will not issue new visas to any Pakistani nationals.
By the way, the Union Home Minister Amit Shah summoned the chief ministers of all states on April 25 and asked them to ensure that there is no Pakistan outside the deadline for India to stay outside India.

After Shah spoke with the Chief Minister on a telephone conversation, United Home Secretary Govind Mohan held a video conference with the Chief Secretary and asked them to ensure that all Pakistani nationals whose visas were revoked must leave India by a fixed deadline.
