Pakistani troops conduct shelling in J&K's Kupwara

Pakistani troops resorted to the Line of Control (LOC) in the Kupwara region of Chamu and cross-border shelling in Kashmir and for the second consecutive day (May 8, 2025) (Indian armed forces targeted the terrorist infrastructure of neighboring countries as part of the 'Sindoor' operation'.
Officials said Pakistan’s targets are civilian areas in the Karna region, with shells and mortars fired after midnight.

The Indian armed forces effectively retaliated against the unreasonable shooting.
So far, no casualties have been reported. Most of the civilian population in Karna moved to safer areas on May 7 (May 7) after Pakistani troops resorted to shelling.
