Horror When spring break mob desecrated beautiful beaches, drugs, fights and empty bottles

Chaos unfold on a small Georgia island, and the Spring Brokeners land on the once peaceful beaches, overeating and leaving behind a mountain of garbage when they wake up.

The music started around 3pm on Saturday, four hours behind, and at around 4pm, attendees were flowing. The festival is in full swing. Atlanta Magazine Constitution Famous.

Police were stationed outside the event this year – the area learned the festival in a tough way in 2023, when the festival fell into “complete chaos”, in the words of Tybee Island Mayor Brian West.

Nevertheless, the Blue Boys did nothing to prevent unruly students from falling into organized fights as the crowd was happily surrounded and watched.

Two women were even seen fighting each other as a group cheered and recorded each blow and defeated.

The energy seems contagious, mainly because a girl who is still wearing a bikini was arrested and deemed to be dragged away for allegedly beating another girl with her purse.

With as many as 50,000 attendees, police simply couldn’t regulate everything. Festival participants are free to inspire the joints and throw their empty bottles into the sand.

Mayor Brian West said that’s not all because mania poured into the beach’s parking lot.

Spring breakers are coming and waste the island, and as long as the crime is more serious, city officials will do it.

“Tebby has always been one of the great host communities in the South and this weekend will not be any different this weekend,” Bret Bell, the island’s city manager, said in a press conference Wednesday.

‘Tybee Island will never be in trouble, and this is no exception. But if you have a great time here, in one of the most beautiful places on earth, we welcome you with open arms.

The carnival was previously held throughout the weekend, Friday. Saturday and Sunday, but this year, only on Saturday, under an agreement with officials, is held only on Saturday, with a strict finale of 8 p.m.

In fact, some attendees were satisfied with the tighter control of the festival, which had a larger police officer than in the past few years.

“Everyone heard the story, but it wasn’t that,” Nyia Kempr, a recent college graduate, told Magazine. “This is spring break.”

Even with more police, there will definitely be some misfortunes on this festival. A crash at Bull River Bridge caused epic traffic on Saturday afternoon, and people rushed to the beach.

In a noticeable medical emergency, a spring breaker was seen performing on a stretcher.

It was also reported that the shooting was fired on Tybi Island before 8 pm. One person was injured and taken to the hospital, but officials stressed that they believed the shooting had nothing to do with the festival.
