The Andhra Pradesh Government has reorganized the Department Promotion Committee (DPC) to prepare for the team for the first and second level gazette promotions of the Financial Secretariat.
RT according to government order. No. 1492 was issued by Peeyush Kumar, Chief Secretary of the Ministry of Finance, on Monday, and the committee was reorganized after transferring existing members and covering an earlier order issued in December 2022.
The reorganized DPC will be members and convened by Mr. Peeyush Kumar with D. Ronald Rose, Secretary (Budget and Institutional Finance) and Gautam Allada (Human Resources) (Human Resources) of IA&AS as member and convener.
The term of office of the Commission is set for two years from the date of signing the order.
The order said the move was intended to simplify the promotion process and ensure administrative continuity of the Financial Secretariat.
