New Delhi: In an attempt to portray globally approved terrorists as “ordinary people,” Pakistan’s top officials publicly introduced important details about Hafiz Abdul Rauf, including his national identity number, matching the details in the U.S. terrorist database. Rauf has been an active member of LET since 1999 and has been a close partner of Hafiz Saeed, often approaching at his close range.
