Permanent solutions promise flooding in Nidadoval
Tourism and Culture Minister Kandula Durgesh distributed farm tools on Sunday at farmers in the village of Singavaram near Nidadavole in the East Godavari region.
“Plan to control over the Yerra Kaluva River in the Nidadovar Parliamentary constituency of the East Godavari district,” said Minister Kandula Durgesh, Tourism and Culture Minister on Sunday, while distributing agricultural tools at Singavaram Village near Nidadavole.
“Minister of Agriculture K. Atchannaidu and Minister of Family and Disaster Management V. Anita have been briefly covered in the issue. They have promised that the necessary support must be provided to seek permanent solutions to prevent farmland flooding caused by the Errakuluva River.” The Yerra Kaluva River is a small river that joins the Bay of Bengal along with the former West Godavari district.
This guarantee comes after the 2024 Godavari flood, causing flooding on the Yerra Kaluva River, causing massive rice fields to flood Nidadavole Parliamentary voters.
During the event, Mr. Dughesh distributed Rs 199 crore worth of farm tools to farmers in the parliamentary department of Nidadavole on Sunday.
During the Paddy procurement in the Rabbi season, Mr. Durgesh said: “More than 330,000 tons of Paddy tons have been purchased, and the remaining proceeds will be purchased without delay in the East Godavari area.”
