IPL 2025: Water bottles in 12 items prohibited by Hyderabad Stadium, selfie stick

Hours before the Lucknow Super Giant aired on Thursday (27 March 2025), police officials have released a list of fans again, banning the Rajiv Gandhi International Stadium in Hyderabad’s Premier League (IPL) 2025 match. Among these 12 prohibited items are water bottles, selfie sticks, backpack bags, headphones, etc.

According to the list released by Rachakonda police. Prohibited items are edible; cameras and other recording instruments; water bottles, alcohol and beverages; pets and animals; firecrackers; helmets and binoculars; laptops and selfie sticks; cigarettes, lighters and matchboxes; guns, knives and other weapons; backpacks and handbags, drugs.

According to Rachakonda police communication, “The risk of bringing prohibited items is your own risk.”

Eight matches were held at the stadium in Hyderabad. One has been held on Sunday. Sunrisers Hyderabad will play against various teams in the next six games. Qualifiers 1 and Emiminator will be followed, scheduled for May 20 and 21, respectively.
