PM Modi starts development project in Haryana on Ambedkar’s birth anniversary

Prime Minister Narendra Modi will launch several development plans in Haryana on April 14 to mark the birth anniversary of Bhim Rao Ambedkar, an iconic figure known for his role in Dalit Emancipation and preparation for the constitution.

The Prime Minister will mark commercial flights from Hisar to Ayodhya and lay the cornerstone of the new terminal at Hisar Airport. He will also address the public meeting, a statement said.

He will later open and lay the foundation for the development project in Yamuna Nagar and speak at a public meeting.
The statement said that in line with his commitment to make air travel safe, affordable and accessible to all, the Prime Minister will lay the foundations in the new dock building at the Maharaja Agrasen airport in Hisar, worth over Rs 4.1 crore.

It will include the most advanced passenger terminal, cargo terminal and ATC building. He will also mark the first flight from Hisar to Ayodhya.


It said that flights to Chamu, Ahmedabad, Jaipur and Chandigarh are planned to travel from Hisar to Ayodhya (twice a week), and this development will mark a major leap in the Haryana air connection. Modi improves power infrastructure in the region and will lay the modern thermal power plant of the 800 MW modern thermal power unit of the deenbandhu chhotu ram thermal power plant, Yamunanagar. The unit covers an area of ​​233 acres and is worth approximately Rs 8,470 crore, which will greatly increase the energy self-sufficiency in Haryana and provide uninterrupted power supply throughout the state.

Modi advances the vision of “Gobardhan” (Gobardhan” (Gobardhan) (Galvanized Organic Biology – Agoro Resources) and will lay the foundation for the Mukarabpur compressed biogas plant located in Yamuna Nagar.

It said the plant will have an annual production capacity of 2,600 metric tons and will contribute to effective organic waste management while contributing to clean energy production and environmental protection.

Modi will also unveil the 14.4 km Rewari bypass project under Bharatmala Pariyojana, worth approximately Rs 107 billion.
