Prime Minister Narendra Modi chaired a meeting on Tuesday, with Defense Minister Rajnath Singh, Defense Minister Anil Chauhan and three service directors attending. National Security Advisor Ajit Doval also attended the meeting. The meeting took place a few days after the Cabinet Security Committee meeting on April 23, 26 people were killed after terrorist attacks on Pahargam tourists. Government sources said the prime minister confirmed that India’s strike on terrorism is India’s determination.

The conference was chaired by PM Modi on Tuesday, attended by Army Chief Upendra Dwivedi, Navy Chief Admiral Dinesh K Tripathi and Air Marshal Amar Preet Singh. Defense Minister Rajnath Singh met with Prime Minister Narendra Modi at the age of 7 on Monday. The meeting comes the day after Defense Minister Anil Chauhan introduced some decisions after the terrorist attacks in Chamu and Kashmir. The government said the terrorists responsible for the attack and their accomplices behind them would face severe punishment.

After the Pahargam terrorist attack, the government convened a whole party meeting. The opposition expressed full support for any action taken by the government against terrorist attack offenders. In a briefing to CCS, cross-border links for terrorist attacks were proposed. It is worth noting that the attack was due to its stable progress in economic growth and development following the successful elections of Jamu and Kashmir.

The government announced a series of measures, including temporarily shelving the Indian Water Treaty to send a strong message to Pakistan in support of its support for cross-border terrorism.
