PM Modi wants to solve civil servants today

New Delhi: Prime Minister Narendra Modi will address U.S. civil servants at the 17th Civil Service Day celebration on April 21 at Vigyan Bhawan. He will award the Prime Minister the Excellence Award in Public Administration in Regional and Governmental Units to implement priority programs and innovative programs.
Modi will also release two e-books – one on overall development and another on innovative success stories – hosting a movie that presents award-winning projects before the awards ceremony. According to the Ministry of Personnel, Public Dissatisfaction and Pension Department, this marks his seventh speech on National Civil Service Day.
In honor of Sardar Vallabhbhai Patel’s 1947 speech to the IAS probationers at Metcalfe House, the day provides the opportunity for civil servants to update their commitment to public service and excellence. The one-day meeting will be ahead of the awards ceremony.
