On Friday, Prime Minister Modi talked with Elon Musk about the huge potential for collaboration in the fields of technology and innovation.
Modi said on X after talking to Musk that their business empires include Tesla and SpaceX, and they discussed various issues.
“I talked to @elonmusk and talked about various issues, including topics we covered at the Washington, D.C. Conference earlier this year. We discussed the huge potential for collaboration in the areas of technology and innovation,” he said.
“India remains committed to building partnerships with the United States in these areas,” Modi added. Musk is considered one of the most influential people in the Donald Trump administration and has pioneered the Department of Government Efficiency (DOGE), aiming to reduce government spending and reduce federal labor.
