A 26-year-old man was arrested in the NUH area of Haryana for surveillance in Pakistan, a police officer said.

NUH police said the defendant Armaan shared information about Indian troops and other military activities in the Pakistan High Commission in Delhi on May 17, 2025 (May 17, 2025) for sharing information with a Pakistani employee on the Pakistani High Commission in Delhi.
The local court has sent Armaan to police for six days in remand.
Police said Armaan was detained after receiving tips from a central investigative agency.
He has allegedly shared information for a long time through WhatsApp and social media platforms.

Police said when searching for the phone, conversations, photos and videos shared with Pakistani numbers were found.
A senior police officer said that under various parts of the BNS and the Official Secrets Act of 1923, the defendants had been registered.
