Police suppress Mysuru’s noisy sheets; warn them not to bother

Mysuru City police carried out a crackdown in Mysuru on Saturday and warned them not to cause trouble.

Under the guidance of City Police Chief Seema Latkar, police officers from various police stations knocked down a total of 61 ranks of gates and conducted a search operation at their premises before taking them to the Hebbal Police Station.

A loud element parade was held at the station. Senior police officer M. Muthuraj, who includes Deputy Commissioner of Police (Law & Orders) and Deputy Commissioner of Police (Crime & Traffic) Sundar Raj, warned them not to indulge in any anti-social activity that threatens the law and order situation.

If they cause any trouble, they will also warn of severe actions according to the law. The crackdown on the noisy board of Mysoru has attracted attention amidst security concerns over the escalating conflict between India and Pakistan.

No deadly weapons were found in their houses. However, they were asked to sign the business, believing that they would not indulge in any activities that threaten public harmony.

Police also warned people not to share fake videos. Police warned that the city police’s social media team is actively monitoring social media platforms and those who spread false news will face punitive action.
