Hyderabad: Hyderabad (JNTU-H) Jawaharlal Nehru Technical University has completed annual verification of affiliated colleges for the upcoming 2025-26 academic year. Inspections starting April 16 end on Tuesday.
A total of 210 institutions were inspected, including 133 engineering colleges, 71 pharmacy colleges and 6 MBA colleges, all affiliated or autonomous at the university. These checks are conducted annually to assess whether the university meets academic, faculty and infrastructure standards required for ongoing affiliation.
The university will now check the reports submitted by the inspection team and award qualified universities accordingly within two to three weeks, registrar K. Venkateswara Rao said. The process was conducted with Dr. S. Tara Kalyani, Director of the Affiliated College and Dr. B. Ravindra Reddy, Director of the Autonomous College.
