Uttar Pradesh Police Department registered the first information report (FIR) against three people for allegedly forcing a student from the Aligarh minority community to urinate on the Pakistani flag.
It was circulating on social media in the context of a claimed video, showing a mob abused the boy and forced him to pee on the flag on the road.
