AIADMK MLAS stage strike spokesman denied nodding and raised questions

AIADMK lawmakers left Tamil Nadu Parliament on Wednesday after Speaker M. Appavu denied opposition leader Edappadi K. Palaniswami asked questions under House Rule 72.
After the House began the lawsuit, Mr. Paraniswami immediately tried to raise a question under the rule. Mr Appavu said this matter is being considered.
Later, Mr. Palaniswami addressed reporters outside the conference, saying that he had been to DMK Minister Kn Nehru, K. Ponmudy and V. Senthilbalaji seek debate under the unconfidence motion. However, the spokesperson refused to allow it. Therefore, the AIADMK members went on strike and condemned the speaker’s actions. He said Ponmudy’s recent remarks have damaged religious sentiments in Hindus and recalled that the minister also made derogatory remarks about women.
He also mentioned the search bureau of the Law Enforcement Bureau (ED) in the venues associated with the attacks by Mr. Nehru’s relatives and Tasmack. He said: “The state government has the responsibility to explain the behavior of ED…”
