RAID 2 reservation: Ajay Devgn’s movie collects Rs 1 million

Ajay Devgn’s strong avatar as an Indian Revenue Office official in RAID 2 returns to an excited audience again. Director RajKumar Gupta also features Vaani Kapoor and Riteish Deshmukh. The movie was released on May 1 and has a cash register set. The bookings for this movie have increased.According to industry tracker Sacnilk, the RAID 2 has booked nearly Rs 10 crore in advance, indicating a good performance at the box office.

Sacnilk reported that RAID 2 collected Rs 651 crore in revenue and sold 2,32,134 votes. If the figure contains the blocked ticket sales, revenue will reach Rs 9668 crore.

The May 1 holiday may offer an extended weekend for RAID 2 in parts of the country. The film will be released on more than 3,500 screens in the country to consolidate the name of its biggest movie of the year.

RAID 2 box office forecast

Despite new issuances and retentions, Ajay Devgn-starer is expected to receive an open day of Rs 15-17 crore. Kesari Chapter 2 and Jaat are already making money at the box office. In addition, Suriya’s retro, Nani hits 3, and Marvel’s Thunderbolts* will also be released on May 1.

About Raid 2

The film sees Ajay Devgn reprimanding his role as officer Amay Patnaik. His anti-corruption crusade brought him to a notice from a politician called Dada Bhai (Riteish deshmukh). The two characters then try to surpass each other and win.

Saurabh Shukla, Rajat Kapoor and Supriya Pathak also appeared in key roles. The plot between Ajay Devgn and Riteish DeShmukh and the cat-and-mouse game will keep the audience stuck to the seat.

Ajay Devgn’s future projects

The actor will work with Riteish Deshmukh again in Dhamaal 4. He also puts De Pyaar de 2 in the pipeline with R Madhavan and Rakul Preet Singh.

Ajay Devgn will also reprimand his role in the third part of the Drishyam series. The actor will also appear in Rohit Shetty’s Golmaal 5.
