Bollywood actress Janhvi Kapoor, who starred in the movie with Ram Charan, also shared a poster on her Instagram to wish her co-star a happy birthday and expressed excitement about the project.
Ram Charan’s highly anticipated 16th film, formerly known as RC16, is now officially titled Peddi. The exciting update is the first poster for the film, revealed by director Buchi Babu Sana, during his 40th birthday. In his first look at the poster, Ram Charan embraces a primitive and intense character. His dazzling gaze, his tameless beard, messy hair and nose rings gave him a sinister aura.
Charan’s character wears striped red shirts and cigars, emitting a fierce and earthy atmosphere. The second poster can look at his character more deeply, showing Charan holding an old cricket bat in a rural village stadium illuminated by flood lights, suggesting the film’s rural setting and strong themes.
The director shared the poster on social media and wrote a heartfelt message to Charan: “Happy birthday, dear Mr. @alwaysramcharan… Aside from a word, you are Mr. Kim. Thank you for everything, sir.”
Ram Charan also posted the first look on his social media account, captioning it: “Fight for Identity! #rc16 is #peddi. @buchibababu_sana movie.

The film will also play a major role in Mirzapur Fame Divyenndu. The producers have revealed the actor’s debut earlier from the upcoming film.
Peddi is funded by director Sukumar’s family flag work, while the music is composed of Oscar-winning musician AR Rahman. On the job side, Ram Charan was last seen in the highly-watched film “The Game Changer” directed by S Shankar, who also starred in the lead role of Kiara Advani.
