Hyderabad:According to the Indian Judicial Report, Telangana won the first place in performance policing. Dr. DGP Jitender said the state ranked third last year.
This ranking is based on 32 performance indicators.
The achievement reflects the police department’s concerted efforts and dedication in providing effective policing and ensuring public safety, a press release issued by the DGP office said.
Among the big states, Telangana has a score of 6.48, followed by Andhra Pradesh. Karnataka, Chhattisgarh and Maharashtra.
