A federal judge refused to change the Trump administration's order to expel a 20-year-old Venezuelan asylum seeker back to El Salvador. U.S. District Court Judge Stephanie Gallagher, appointed by U.S. President Donald Trump himself, rejected the government's request for an earlier ruling by Daniel Lozano-Camarago. But she also agreed to suspend the ruling for 48 hours, giving the government enough time to require the Fourth Circuit to file a case.
