Roshy Augustine represents Kerala at the pope’s funeral

The cabinet meeting held on Wednesday assigned Water Resources Minister Roshy Augustine to represent Kerala at the funeral of Pope Francis, the first Latin American leader of the Roman Catholic Church, who died on April 21. The funeral of Pope Francis will be held on April 26.
