Rs 310,000 crore has been spent on the Telangana Expressway since 2014

Hyderabad: Prime Minister Narendra Modi has placed Telangana first since Telangana as a separate state, allocating Rs 310,000 crore to develop the national highway, National BJP chief and trade union minister G. Kishan Reddy said on Sunday.
Kishan Reddy said that since 2014, the NDA government led by the BJP is expanding the development path of Telangana.
“After the BJP government’s financial aid at the center, at least 2,722 kilometers of national highways were built in Telangana. Another 2,526 kilometers of state highways have been upgraded to national highways,” Kishan Reddy said.
The minister also said that in the first phase of Bharatmala Pariyojana, a 1,719 km national expressway will be developed in Telangana with a budget of Rs 382,97 crore. These projects will play a key role in providing better transportation for the state’s economic progress.
