Sacred Aboriginal ruins are defiled with graffiti – sparking a hunter for the “righted” vandals of the inland town
A sacred indigenous site, a symbol of the special meeting place for women, sparked pursuit in the King Valley of Victoria.
The rock surface is part of the 31-meter-high Paradise Falls, located about 300 kilometers northeast of Melbourne in the Alpine region of Victoria.
Police were warned on Monday and have launched an investigation.

The group’s Facebook page states that it is running for the ‘Bpangerang tribal land [to be] Restated on the Aboriginal map of Australia and corrected the signage throughout the Northeast Victoria National Park.

The position has suffered a serious rebound.
One wrote: “The devastating disrespect of annoying behaviors, this fearful place has been coming for thousands of years.
“This makes me very angry. Why? Why would anyone do this? More things need to be done, not just cleaned it up. Absolutely disrespectful” said another.
Victoria police confirmed in a statement that the investigation is underway.
A spokesman told the Daily Mail on Tuesday that at this stage of the investigation, the incident was not considered targeted. ”
Paradise Falls is a popular tourist destination and part of the Falls Walking Trake, a 7km return trip that leads hikers to McMillan’s track.
