Sai condemns TG CM’s so-called Naxal statement, saying that regular Maoist peace talks offer meaningless

Reibull: Chhattisgarh Chief Minister Vishnu Deo Sai slammed his telangana opponent on Wednesday because “adivasis was murdered” while referring to anti-Naxal Operation.

Mr Sai told reporters here: “I condemn Telangana CM’s claim that Adivasis is being murdered. We have been urging the Naxals to surrender and join the mainstream. We have seen the results of many Naxals surrender.”

He said Mr. Reddy was not suitable to describe Maoists as a tribe, and said the tribe was murdered when Maoists were shot in anti-Naxal operations.

He added that Maoists are killing innocent tribes and security personnel and derailing.

He said his government had taken a series of measures to restore and develop the surrendered Naxals.

“We approved 15,000 homes for the surrendered Naxals,” he said.

Mr. Sai, referring to the latest initiative of the Hyderabad Peace Talk Committee to hold dialogue in Hyderabad, said: “It is meaningless to conduct peace negotiations over and over again.”

He said his administration has announced that it is ready to engage in dialogue with Maoists to bring lasting peace in the lasting peace suffered by left-wing extremism, such as Bastall in the state.

Peace Commission leader Judge Chandrakumar, Professor Hara Gopal, Professor Anwar Khan, Durga Prasad, Jampanna and Ravi Chander held the Chief Minister of Telangana in Hyderabad on Sunday and urged him to promote dialogue between the coalition government and Maoists.
