Shocking cartel thug rap list Trump cannot be deported as judge demands illegal “due process”

The Trump administration fired the ruling in a Supreme Court ruling, forbidding the release of so-called Tren de Aragua (TDA) members from the release of rap sheets from Venezuelan nationals.
These men would deport them from the United States from 1798 under the controversial alien enemy bill, which would allow the White House to deport them from the Blue Detention Center in Texas.
Trump insists that the process of scrutinizing suspicious TDA members must be accelerated quickly due to emergencies and believes that the gang has gained a terrible foothold in the United States and must be crushed as soon as possible.
But in the bombshell ruling in the early hours of Saturday, the Supreme Court temporarily rejected Trump because it temporarily stopped him from expelling the men.
Two conservative judges, Clarence Thomas and Samuel Alito, objected to the court’s ruling.
The Superior Court took action in an emergency appeal from the American Civil Liberties Union (ACLU), which ruled that the Trump administration violated the SCOTUS ruling earlier this month, which could only be done if due process is carried out by those who are about to be deleted.
To protest against being blocked from deportation of so-called TDA members, the Trump administration has Fox News Hours after the ruling.
Here, we look at some of the alleged gang members ruled by the Supreme Court must stay in the United States.
