According to early estimates, Sikandar charged Rs 19 crore on the third day of its issuance. The director of AR Murugadoss failed to make the top five movies of Salman Khan.

Sikandar Box Office Collection Day 3

The action thriller Sikandar received a network of Rs 2.6 crore in India on the first day of its release on Sunday, March 30, but failed to make it to the top 5 opening films of Salman Khan. Since Sikandar is the largest ever release of Indian movies in the country with 5500 screens, this number is disappointing for superstars and the film industry.

The film had very little growth during Monday’s Eid Festival, collecting Rs 290 crore. The highly anticipated film, with Rashmika Mandanna as the leader, dropped 30% of its collections on Tuesday, April 1st. According to early estimates from entertainment tracking Portal Sacnilk, Sikandar made Rs 19 crore on the third day of its release. This raises the film’s domestic net collection to Rs 7.4 crore.

The action thriller has received mixed-race reviews from viewers and critics and has disappointed Salman Khan fans. The actors have poor performances, outdated scripts, regular action sequences and unqualified directions, and some viewers even call Sikandar one of Salman Khan’s worst movies.

Ar Murugadoss, who has played popular Tamil films such as Spyder, Thuppakki and Darbar, has been in charge of the latest releases of Salman Khan. The filmmaker tagged Bollywood debut in 2008 on the blockbuster Ghajini. Murugadoss then made two Hindi films, the holiday in 2014 and the Akira in 2016. Sikandar marks his return to Bollywood nine years later.

In addition to Salman Khan and Rashmika Mandanna, Sikandar also includes Kajal Aggarwal, Sathyaraj, Sharman Joshi, Prateik Smita Patil, Kishore, Kishore and Jatin Sarna in positions. The film was produced by Sajid Nadiadwala in his banner Nadiadwala grandson entertainment. Salman and Sajid’s last collaboration was a 2014 blockbuster play.
