PIL illegal courses for JR Academy

Hyderabad: Public interest litigation has been filed in the Telangana High Court, which complains about the Ministry of Education and the Intermediate Education Commission against private junior high schools that are conducting physical or online courses during the summer vacation.
The petitioner Bandela Kranthi Kumar believes that the private universities violated the mandate of the Commission on Secondary Education. Cr Sukumar, a lawyer representing the petitioner, proposed that the authorities have been silent and provide free assistance to these universities to take advantage of students.
The lawyer also said that students who recently completed Level 10 were admitted to private universities prematurely without following the norms. Before announcing the SSC results, some started the course.
The petitioner said that excessive academic conferences without compulsory rest can lead to enormous stress, mental health illness, burnout, anxiety, depression, and even the student's suicidal tendency. He also believes he has made several representations to TSBie to take action on private colleges and courses during summer and Sunday and other holidays, but authorities have failed to take action. Therefore, he is close to the Supreme Court.
