SC delays petitioner, demands incomplete request

A bench composed of judges Surya Kant and N Kotiswar Singh, the petition by advocate Shashank Shekhar Jha was observed hastily submitted and contained charges against certain government staff, although these people did not join as parties to the guilty plea.
The bench asked: “You are filing allegations against individuals A and B who are not in front of us. You need to put them in the lawsuit against anyone. We can accept the allegations behind these people.”
The bench added: “The Supreme Court is the court of records. The descendants will see. You think it will report. However, be careful when filing a complaint or passing an order. Do these averages need to be there? We respect every member of the bar. But there is a sense of responsibility.”
Jia believes that the case involves violations of basic rights and many people fled their homes due to violence. He argued that many people in Bangladesh had contacted him and had serious violations of fundamental rights. The court finally allowed JHA to file a petition with Liberty to file a new petition.
