SC subcategory paves the way for pending recruitment for APPSC

The implementation of a subcategory of the pre-determined caste category paves the way for recruiting open positions in various government departments in the state.

The committee may soon issue 18 notices related to 866 vacancies in different government departments. Of these, 814 positions are said to be in the Forest Department. The notice will be issued shortly after the Commission receives a list of departments based on subcategories retained by the SC.

Other posts that are to be filled include 10 posts of Agriculture Officers in the Department of Agriculture, seven posts of Executive Officers in the Endowment Department, Zilla Sainik Officers (7), libraries in Intermediate Education wing (2), Horticulture Officer in Department of Horticulture (2), Assistant Inspectors in Fisheries Department (3), Technical Assistants in Ground Water Department (4), Junior Accounts Officer Category-2, Senior Accountant Category 3 and Junior Accountant Category-4 (Municipal)-11, Assistant Automobile Inspector for the Department of Transportation (1) and Junior Assistant for Typewriter 1 (Prison).
