Second person accused of alleged Keir Starmer arson attack: Romanian nationals accused of helping Ukraine with a series of light fires, which is related to PM

Today, a Romanian man arrested at Luton Airport was charged with three alleged arson attacks on the property and a car associated with Sir Kyle Starmer.
Stanislav Carpiuc, 26, of Romford, will appear in Westminster District Court this morning.
He was charged with conspiracy with Roman Lavrynovych, Ukraine, and was charged today with three counts of arson with the intention of endangering the life in connection with the fire.
The carpenter was detained at Luton Airport on Saturday.

Two of the fires occurred in Kent town, one of which was living on May 12 at the home where Sir Kyle had served as prime minister.
Four days ago, a car was undulating on the same street.
The third largest fire was on May 11 of the front door of the house in Islington.
A 34-year-old man was arrested on Monday, May 19 in the Chelsea area of SW3 for alleged conspiracy to set fire with the intention of life-threatening.
He is still detained by police.
