Shah summoned the leave and ordered the paramilitary chief

New Delhi: Sources said union home minister Amit Shah on Wednesday directed the chiefs of all paramilitary forces to call back calls after they took leave after strikes in a retaliatory action by Pakistan’s Indian armed forces against the Pahargam terrorist attack.
Shah regularly contacted Jamu and Kashmir lieutenant Governor Manoj Sinha and Chief Minister Omar Abdullah, who also asked them to ensure that the civilian population living in the border areas were brought to a safer place.
Sources said he also asked the authorities to prepare cover for civilian shelters in an emergency.

According to sources, Shah also reviewed the country's internal security situation and asked top security officials to remain vigilant and remain strictly alert.
The interior minister called Operation Sindor “Operation Sindor” the response of Bharat to the brutal killing of innocent people in Pahargam.
He also said that the Modi government is determined to respond appropriately to any attack on India and its people, and that Bharat remains firmly committed to eliminating terrorism from its roots.
India's strike was in response to the April 22 terrorist attack in Jamu and the Pahalgam attack in Kashmir, in which 26 people were killed.
