Shikha Mukerjee |For BJP, accompanying elements can keep growing headaches

Surprisingly, the party claims to have the largest membership in the world, a claim that may be correct, given that India’s population may be correct, neither based on broad nor suitable for diversity that suits its size. This makes the BJP a tightly braided, well-organized gatherings, internal party discipline prevails, and the command and control structure allows it to appear outside in a holistic form.

Instead, Congress is allegedly chaired by “high command”, with decisions centered in the Gandhi family, but can indeed accommodate, and sometimes even succumb to the positions of the different groups that make up the family. Congress will have a left wing, a right wing, a moderate wing, a liberal wing, a conservative wing, and people who have moved from one to another for various reasons. Sometimes they make these moves with short-term gains, and sometimes they make these moves with their long-term gains.

When some congressional leaders say something out of sync with the “partisan”, it is an acceptable and typical party when choosing between the nominees of Netaji Subhash Chandra Bose and Mahatma Gandhi. When the BJP minister and party spokesperson crossed the line in a public statement, the party did resort to traditional denials, saying that it was not the BJP position. Sadly, “distance” is unreliable.

Madhya Pradesh Minister for Tribal Affairs Vijay Singh’s unacceptable slander against Army spokesman Colonel Sofiya Qureshi has forced the BJP to distance. The minister followed the script used for years, when he called Colonel Qureshi the “sister” of the terrorists, “those widowed our daughters”, and then explained why she was chosen as a spokesperson as a deliberate message: “We sent their own sisters to teach them a lesson themselves”. Even his apology is an indelible stench of his prejudice and complexity.

His resentment concessions were a serious insult to severe injury when categorizing Colonel Qureshi as a man “above religion and caste.” If the BJP actually means what it means – “No one has the right to disrespect Colonel Sofia Qureshi who makes the country proud”, then VD Sharma, head of the BJP unit of Madhya Pradesh, should tell Vijay Sharma that he should tell Vijay Singh to be held accountable for a service army officer during the national crisis.

The Madhya Pradesh minister acted because Colonel Qureshi’s choice was disturbing and unacceptable in the network of the BJP and its frontal lobe organization and a stronger “edge element”. Mr Singh may think he needs to ensure the party’s frustrated and angry voters in Indore by explaining the Prime Minister’s choice.

Over the past 11 years, the BJP’s political brand as a whole organization has been engraved with hard political brands. It is selected as its representative among Lok Sabha, Rajya Sabha, State Assembly, Panchayats and municipal institutions by appointing the vice president of the university and government nominees of various institutions.

The contributions of many have strengthened the brand. A week before the Madhya Pradesh incident, BJP’s famous Nishikant Dubey accused the Supreme Court of “moving the country to anarchy” and accused the chief justice of India of “responsible for civil war” if APEX allows the APEX court to allow petitions to challenge the recently conducted petition. What Mr. Dolby said is dangerous, evil, anti-national or anti-Hinduism, as Vijay Singh said, all things related to India’s Muslim population, whether people, property or law.

It goes without saying that BJP spokesman Nupur Sharma was discarded as a “edge element”. She is the representative of her party. She was not crushed as an anti-national who endangers India’s national interests. Instead, the Narendra Modi government gradually saved the situation after the attack on the Prophet Muhammad, which sparked formal protests between Saudi Arabia, along with Iran, Qatar and Kuwait. The party is not far away from representatives like Ramesh Bidhuri, who is a MP who uses obscene language from Lok Sabha in the vicious attack of the Danish Ali Muslim MP in BSP.

That’s why today, the BJP has few squirming rooms. It cannot limit its public representation, such as Vijay Singh or Nishikant Dubey. The BJP endorsed and actively supported such outfits as Jan Akrosh held in Karnataka in April this year, aiming at the soothing politics of Muslims, or the 2023 Hindu Jan Morcha Rally in Mumbai, organized by Sakal Hindu Samaj and held by Sakal Hindu Samaj Sanatan Sanstha.

It cannot stay away from the shameful trolls of Indian Foreign Minister Vikram Misri, because he works as the Prime Minister. The Prime Minister also cannot apologize to Mr. Misri, not that his daughter is the object of vicious trolls. The Prime Minister apologized for the remains of the Indian Navy officer who died in the Pahargan terrorist attack.

The Prime Minister’s hands are the same as those of the BJP. And he has tied himself up and cannot get rid of his bond. When Narendra Modi is busy building what India’s former chief justice dy chandrachud calls “the new normal – some call it the real society”, where trolling is normal, “smartphones help keep us at the twisted time for automatic pilots to distort and vigilant neurophysiological states”, he should be anxious.

The new normal is the establishment of the Indian voting bank, which responds to verbal signals such as “Operation Sindoor” that links the actions of terrorists to symbols related to Hindus, such as the vermilion used by married women. This signal is not new. Mr. Modi used the image of “Munglutra” in his campaign attack on Congress, a chain of shops worn by married women. He said Congress is the new Muslim coalition. The BJP needs people who keep the new voting bank on the autopilot; it needs to protect its best assets, namely the image of Narendra Modi, Helmsman, Viksit Bharat with vision, shiny cleanliness. It is a balanced act, like floating on two boats. So far, the BJP and Mr. Modi are lucky.
