In the present viral clip, the man is seen lying on his mother’s pyre and demanding that the ornament be handed over to him. According to the news agency’s report PTI, Bhuri Devi, citing the identity of the villagers, died on May 3. Of her seven sons, six of them live in the village together, while one Amed Omprakash lives separately.
According to the report, the brothers have had a property dispute for several years. On the day Bhuri Devi died, some rituals were performed at home. Later, the ornaments and silver bracelets were removed from her body and taken to a nearby crematorium for the final ceremony.
The decorations were handed over to the eldest son-Girdhari. As her final ceremony was prepared, a fierce debate took place between Omprakash and his brothers. In a shocking move, Omprakash refused to attend the final ceremony and placed it on the pan for the funeral, demanding possession of jewelry.
