Suchitra Ella serves as consultant for the development of handlooms and crafts

Bharat Biotech co-founder Suchitra Ella served as consultant for handloom and craft development at a ceremony held in Apco Bhavan in Vijayawada on Friday.

Padma Bhushan Award winner Ms. Suchitra Ella will serve in the position for two years, providing guidance to strengthen the state’s handloom and handicraft sectors. Her roles include advice on policy reforms, promoting sustainability, enhancing market access, and encouraging digital platforms and GI recognition of artisan products.
