Chief Minister N. Chandrababu Naidu has announced the former Gratia at Rs 2.5 lakh as the family of former Gratia devotees who collapsed on the wall of Simhachalam Hill in Visakhapatnam on Wednesday (30 April 2025). Since thousands of devotees may gather for the Darshan of the deity, the Chief Minister directed the officials to take necessary security measures to ensure that the devotees have no inconvenience or panic.

At the same time, it is understood that the former CM and YSRC party chairman will come to visit the family of the deceased in the afternoon, and CM Chandrababu Naidu later arranged to visit the family of the city.
