Sindoor action remains incomplete, Lat says

Mumbai: Shiv Sena (UBT) on Monday accused Narendra Modi’s government of accepting a ceasefire with Pakistan, frustrating Indian armed forces. Party leader Sanjay Raut said that the completion of Operation Sindor cannot be considered until the terrorists involved in the Pahargam attack were eliminated. He said a ceasefire was initiated due to the advice of U.S. President Donald Trump.
“Our armed forces are in ‘Josh’, they could have reached Lahore, Peshawar, Rawalpindi, Islamabad, who stopped it? We will not have the chance to finish Pakistan again,” Laut said.
Shiv Sena (UBT) leader accused the Modi administration of cheering for mediation efforts by U.S. President Donald Trump, saying the prime minister agreed to a ceasefire to protect the interests of his “beloved industrialist friend.”
Rajya Sabha member said: “The celebrations that are happening in Pakistan are because of President Trump. We have the right to avenge the attack. Our people are under pressure, which is not right.”
Mr Laut responded to the mediation of India and Pakistan’s solution to Kashmir, and Mr Laut asked him “Salpanchi”. “Who granted President Trump the right to interfere in the war? The Simla agreement is just a deal between two countries and no third nation will intervene,” he said.
Mr Lauter also accused the central government of accepting the ceasefire, which made the armed forces depressed morale.
Shiv Sena, led by EKNATH SHINDE, has urged the Centre to file an investigation and file an incitement lawsuit against Shiv Sena (UBT) MPS Sanjay Raut and Arvind Sawant, allegedly spreading misinformation against Indian troops and raising suspicions about Sindoor operations.
Shiv Sena MP Naresh Mhaske said: “The language of Pakistan comes from the mouths of Sanjay Raut and Arvind Sawant. By questioning the actions of our armed forces, they act like spokespersons for the Pakistani army.”
