Sivaji Ganesan’s Bungalows: Madras High Court Weightlifting Order

The Madras High Court filed an attachment order on Monday (21 April 2025) involving the bungalow of Thepian’Sivaji’Ganesan’Ganesan alias VC Ganesan of T. Nagar of Chennai, involving his grandson Rg Dusshanth rg dusshhy sonhhy hhy wordhhy wordhhy word and and and and and and and and and and angarthnai.
Justice Abdul Quddhose filed an application saying he is now the sole owner of the entire bungalow, distributed over 53,240 square feet, and neither his elder brother Mr. Ramkumar nor other siblings had any rights on any property.
The judge agreed to the submission of the senior lawyer Pr Raman, assisted by Sakthi Aatharsh, on behalf of Mr Prabhu and directed the T. Nagar sub-register to remove all entries in the certificate of responsibility in connection with the property under the attachment order adopted in February this year.
A private company named Dhanabakkkiam Enterprises represented by its partner Akshay Sarin is close to the High Court, demanding Rs 939 crore (including principal amount of Rs 374 crore, as well as 30% interest, with interest of over Rs 5 crore from July 31, 2023 to July 31, 2023).
The financial firm claims Mr Ramkumar also signed an agreement between the private company and the Dushan people in December 2017 Eshan Productions, which extended a loan to produce a piece called ” Jagajaala KilladiTherefore, the eldest son’s share in Annai Illam must be attached to take back the loan.
The High Court ordered the attachment of 13,310 square feet to the property’s total range of about 53,240 square feet; Mr. Prab immediately rushed to the court to raise attachment.
