The Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) dared to face corruption charges by Congress leaders on Friday (18 April 2025) to demand a quick and limited case handling as the party criticized the party for its use of politics as the reason for the law enforcement bureau’s lawsuit against Sonia Gandhi and Rahul Gandhi.
The ruling BJP remained enthusiastic about the opposition’s heat after the ED charges against Gandhi and accused the chief ministers of states ruled by Congress to cultivate public funds, using public funds as advertisements, which are weekly newspapers and few have read.
National Pioneer Case: There is no political vendetta behind Ed Chargesheet; BJP says Congress should answer the charges
Former union minister Anurag Thakur claims that Congress uses the newspaper as an ATM, claiming that Gandhi is trying to buy real estate in a national pioneer hotel worth Rs 20,000 crore without investing a penny from his pocket.
He said: “The two Gandis together own 76% of the young Indian company, which was provided by Congress with a loan of Rs 5 million. The company then took over the related journals limited by the Congress’ newspapers, replacing the Rs 90 crore owed to Congress.” Mr. Thakur asked the party if it could make a loan.
Regarding the question of the allegations that ED action is politically motivated, BJP leaders dare to face corruption charges for Congress to move out of the courts to seek a quick and limited trial in cases against them.
National Herald An open-ended case of fraud, corruption and money laundering accusing the BJP
“If they have the guts, they should do it,” he said, adding that in the “Congressional Corruption Model,” the thieves made a lot of noises. “The national pioneer case has shocked the Congressional ecosystem,” he said.
Mr Thakur pointed out that Gandhi had taken many lawsuits against them since the lower court recognized the matter before the Modi government came to power.
“The court did not post bail,” he said, adding that the judiciary did not interfere with the Enforcement Bureau’s investigation.
Mr Thakur turned to Himaal Pradesh, a native of Congress, accusing the party of not fulfilling any of its 10 major promises, but instead spent the rupees on an advertisement in the National Herald.

“Whether there are any congressional leaders or members reading in Himaal.” He asked people to provide details of the funds spent by different congressional governments in advertisements in newspapers, which are available on the numbers. Congress has been organizing protests across the country to oppose ED operations.
