Sonu Sood joins Miss World's Judge

Hyderabad:Sonu Sood returned to Hyderabad on Tuesday, this time as part of the World's Miss Jury 2025. “I started my journey here. The best movie I've ever made, the recognition I've got and the love from Andhra and Tlangana, it's where everything takes shape, so it's an incredible moment for us.”
Hopefully Nandini Gupta, Miss World India, in 2025, everything goes well, he noted that he did not interact with other contestants, although he said he was looking forward to it. “Who wins. People from 140 countries are here. It's a proud moment for Telangana and the country. We have to give them an experience they will always remember.” He said of Hyderabad as a place known for its hospitality, a city that always makes outsiders feel welcome and hopes every visitor will bring their warmth back.
Later this month, SOOD will receive a Humanitarian Award at the Miss World finale 2025. The award recognizes his charitable work through the SOOD Charity Foundation, which has reached thousands during the pandemic and beyond. He said modestly, “India will not change until we don’t make ordinary people special.” This is in a sense consistent with Miss World in many ways, beauty carries a “purpose” and enables ordinary women from ordinary backgrounds to be extraordinary voices on the global stage.
He added: “Receiving the Humanitarian Award from Miss World Organization strengthens the purpose of our efforts to bring hope, support and dignity to those in need.”
He also announced that the SOOD Charity Foundation and Miss World promote awareness of breast cancer through his own campaign. “Most women in the country cannot undergo surgery in time,” he said. “We are trying to change that. You come in, you complete the procedure, and you get home the next morning.” His goal is to make the treatment simple, fast and easy to use. He describes fears surrounding health care as problems that can be solved through awareness and trust.
Furthermore, regarding the greater role of beauty pageants today, Sudd said they no longer care about just charm or scripted answers. What the contestant said and how she brought herself out of the stage is also important. “Everyone is a critic right now. Social media makes the situation even harder. You're always being monitored. It's important how you handle it and stay rooted.”
The same city that once gave him rest is now where he is recognized on a global platform for working for others. As Hyderabad hosts one of the biggest international events of the year, Sood's presence reminds us that true beauty is the impact it leaves behind, whether it is a person or a city.
