Sreesanth's speech by Sanju Samson Row, who has been suspended for three years by KCA

Kerala Cricket Association (KCA) has suspended former Indian Pacers' Sreesanth for three years on disputes allegedly related to Sanju Samson's omission of the Indian team's championship trophy. The decision was made at a special general meeting held in Kochi on April 30, KCA said in a statement. Sreesanth responded to KCA's actions against him, “Honestly, I don't know what I did.”
He said all he did was support for Sanju, “who is one of our own people”.
He said on a televised broadcast on the news channel here: “This is the only kindness I have shown.

The cricketer added: “I said it would be better if those guys in the association played cricket at a very high level.”

Sreesanth is currently a co-owner of Kollam Peries, a franchise team for the Kerala Cricket League. Earlier, in terms of his controversial remarks, the Show reason notice was issued to Sreesanth and the franchise team Kollam Peries, the head of the Alappuzha team and Alappuzha Ripples. “There will not be further action as the franchise team responded to the notifications with a satisfactory response. However, the meeting decided to be more cautious when appointing members as team management,” the KCA statement said.

It is also determined to file a claim for compensation against Sanju Samson Vishwanath, father, and two other unfounded charges using Sanju Samson's name.

KCA has sent a reason to the performance to Sreesanth, part of the Indian team, who won two World Cup titles – his remarks linked state cricket agencies to Samson in a panel discussion on the Malayalam TV channel.

The KCA clarified in a statement that the notice was not sent in favor of Samson, but made misleading and defamatory comments against the association.

Sreesanth allegedly guaranteed his support during discussions on the TV show and vowed to protect him and other Kerala players while also placing charges against the KCA.

His remarks came from criticism of KCA for withdrawing Samson from Vijay Hazare Trophy from Kerala, which is believed to have affected his chances of being selected as the Indian Champions League trophy team.

Sreesanth said in a video message on Friday that he did not want to be the president or secretary of the Kerala Cricket Association.

He added: “I don't know if it's a fear of voting or something else. I don't know what's behind all this. The people of Kerala can decide. Anyway, I'm grateful. We will always support Sanju and any player representing Kerala KCA.”
