St Panel leader stepped up to support the tribal community

Visakhapatnam: A directive has been issued to officials of the Forest Department to support the construction of the village on the top of the hill beneath Ananthagiri Mandal in the ASR district.
The President of the National Saint Committee Dr. DVG Shankara Rao issued instructions following the recent protests by members of the tribal community. Protesters blame forest department officials for building “barriers” on the roads, despite allocating funds for the projects.
The inciting tribal community people from Chinnakonala, Bhuriga, Vanija and other unarranged Rompalli Panchayat and NR Puram Panchayat have demanded them since the long-term construction of roads to these remote areas. The paving of the road will help these villagers enter better. The protesters were frustrated by the delays and said the construction of the road would change their daily lives and livelihoods.
Therefore, the Chairman of the Committee gave instructions to the officers to submit a detailed project report outlining the allocation of funds and the reasons for the opposition of the forest sector. He said: “The paths for people who belong to tribal communities are the lifeline for people who belong to tribal communities, and the lack of infrastructure will hinder their progress and access to services.
