Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskyy condemned the attack and called Vladimir Putin a “dirty scum” who claimed the lives of ordinary people after a Russian ballistic missile strike on Sunday, causing dozens of civilian casualties. The attack occurred when residents participated in Sunday church services targeting residential areas, educational institutions and streets, causing widespread damage. The strike killed at least 31 people, including two children, and injured more than 84, of which 10 were injured, the worst attack on Ukrainian civilians since 2023.
