Sunil Mittal’s huge victory came as Airtel’s fourth-quarter net profit soared to Rs. Company announces dividend of Rs 16

Airtel’s operating revenue rose 27.3% to Rs 47,876 crore in the fourth quarter of fiscal 25, compared with Rs 37,599 crore in the same period last year.

Bharti Airtel founder Indian billionaire Sunil Mittal is India’s second largest telecom company. The telecom company has announced its January-March quarter’s 2024-25 results (Q4FY25). Airtel’s consolidated net profit increased to 432% to 432% to Rs 110,22 crore, compared with Rs 20,716 crore in the corresponding period last year.

Mittal-led company grew 27.3% from operating revenues in the fourth quarter of FY25 to Rs 47,876 crore, compared with Rs 375,999 crore in the same period last year. The company has a market capitalization of Rs 1,091 crore. As of May 13, the company’s share price was Rs 1,824.50.

Airtel’s consolidated net profit increased to approximately Rs 33,556 crore during the 2024-25 period, from Rs 7,467 crore to Rs 33,556 crore in fiscal 24. During the reported fiscal year, Bharti Airtel’s annual revenue increased by 15.33% to Rs 1729,852 crore, up from Rs 149,9824 crore in FY24. Bharti Airtel announced a final dividend of Rs 16 per share for fiscal 25 years. As of the end of March, the company had 590.51 million subscribers, a quarterly increase of 2.3%.
